Small Business Tax Planning Strategies Workshop

Learn about tax planning, whether you're a new or existing business owner. Attend this seminar to help prepare your 2008 business tax returns and learn tax planning tips to help reduce your tax burden in 2008 and 2009. Also learn about recent changes in small business tax laws and the 2008 economic stimulus package. The seminar will be conducted by Coley, Eubank & Company, P.C., CPAs.

SELF Employment Training

The SELF Employment Training Program is a 6-week course covering the basics of owning your own business. This program will provide you with some of the skills you will need to be self-employed, with a special emphasis on business planning. The program is designed for new start-up or existing business owners who want to improve skills such as:

  • Bookkeeping & Accounting
  • Legal and Tax Issues
  • Compiling a Business Plan
  • Budgeting & Financing
  • Pitfalls & Business Hints
A Registration Form for SELF Employment Training can be printed and mailed or brought to the Centre, with your $75.00 registration fee to reserve your seat in class.
